Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

- Be unused and unopened (where applicable)
- Include original packaging and labels
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products that have been used or damaged
- Items without original packaging
- Services that have been completed
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at infocenter@wildgreenbone.world to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
- Package the item securely and send it to the provided address
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your payment account again. Then contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
